How it works: You register with Apartment Selector, use our free listings, select an apartment from our referrals, report your lease and we help you move. Your rent has be $700 or more to qualify for the move program. If you rent is less than $700 you will qualify for the $59.99* rebate. If you rent is less than $500 you will qualify for the $29.99* rebate. Your rebate check will be mailed to your new address after Apartment Selector has been paid by the Apartment community., this could take 3-10 weeks. Alliance Movers will be your moving company. We provide them your information upon confirmation by your new community. Alliance Movers books your move and works out the details with your. You receive a free 2Hour move on Apartment Selector. What can you move in 2 Hours? Typically a move under 10 miles with the items listed below, that are ready to be moved, can be moved in approximately 2 Hours. The move is limited to a 20 mile radius. What if I go over the 2 Hours?Alliance Movers is your mover and their fee is based on an hourly rate. So an extra hour would cost $79.00. What about extra insurance or special furniture needs? Alliance Movers and you will agree on the terms and conditions. Apartment Selector only offers the Credit for the 2Hours to Alliance Movers. We do not offer insurance. How do I keep the cost down? First and foremost, be ontime and be packed. Once the moving team arrives, the 2 Hours start- so you want to be there and be ready to direct them to your items. The drive time to your new apartment is included in the 2 Hours as is unpacking. Why choose Apartment Selector and the MoveAroundFree Program? Disclaimer: Clients using over 2 Hours will be charge $79.00 per hour at the time of the move. The will not invoice you. Terms and Conditions for the Free Move. All boxes must be sealed and stackable. Boxes must not weigh over 50 pounds. Only items that two man can safely carry are included in hourly rates. All items must be disconnected and ready to move. Our movers can provide this service for an additional fee. For additional services and fees please call (972) 243-8600. Sometimes there are special items not included in the list of items we move. Here are some examples for these special items and the prices you will be charged. Upright Piano (with no stairs) $ 85.00 Big screen TV (Over 32 inches) $ 30.00 Weight Bench (including weights) $ 30.00 Items over 250 pounds $ 50.00 per item Bridge Headboard $ 75.00 Any items that require going over balcony or through windows $ 50.00 per item Moving out of our extended area (20 miles diameter) $ 1.00 per mile Third floor or fourth floor moves $ 35.00 Additional pickup or drop-off location $ 40.00 per pickup or drop off location Waterbed mattresses must be drained and placed in a box to prevent damage. Any item requiring more than two (2) men to lift, must be reported to our office one day before the move date. Alliance Apt. Movers will not accept any responsibility for any natural stone furniture. (marble, granite, limestone, etc.) Alliance Apt. Movers will not accept any responsibility for furniture made with particleboard. We reserve the right to waive responsibility for any item Alliance Apt. Movers feel s cannot be safely moved. Waive forms must be signed before move begins. Alliance Apt. Movers will not take responsibility for walls, floors, staircases, rails, light fixtures, doors, and doorjambs. Customers are responsible for improper packing of boxes. Alliance Apt. Movers will be responsible for the content of the box if the box is physically damaged by the movers. All drawers must be emptied before the movers arrive. All the other Conditions and Terms of our Rebate Program apply. 1. The 2Hour credit requires you follow the terms of our agreement as well as a six month lease. 2.Visit our Terms and Conditions Page for more Information. 3. You will be contracting with the mover, we only offer a credit as outlined above. Be sure to get everything confirmed and work out all your details about the move. 4.We will providea lease confirmation is a form to the communities to verify that our company name has been listed on your guest card and rental application.
